Who is Plastic Surgery Simulator for?
Plastic and cosmetic surgeons, facial plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians and dentists who want to show patients a proposed change on their own photograph during a consultation.
Do patient photographs leave my computer?
Not for reshaping, Spot healing, measuring, annotating or saving: all of that runs on your computer, offline if you like. The only exception is AI Edit, and only when you press Generate: a copy of the painted area is sent directly to the AI provider, set to expire after 10 minutes and never used for training. How AI Edit handles images.
What does it cost?
$99 per year for up to two computers on one platform, with unlimited simulations. AI Edit is optional and pay-per-use, typically a few cents per simulation, and every licence includes $1 of free AI credits. See pricing.
Do I need special equipment or training?
No. A recent phone or camera photo is enough, and the tools are direct enough that most simulations take a few strokes. Install the trial and you can be simulating within minutes; the documentation and videos cover every tool when you want to go further.
Is the trial the full software?
Yes. The 7-day trial includes every reshaping, healing, measuring and output tool, with no account and no credit card. AI Edit generation requires a paid licence; in the trial you can explore its procedures and painting.
Which computers does it run on?
Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) with a hardware-accelerated GPU, and Apple silicon Macs running macOS 15 or later. It is a native desktop application on both.
